A Victory Through An Insult

           
                                                                                 
   Mickey ; Mickey mouse is a very populor cartoon character and who invented it was Walt Disney . Walt was fired because his manager at work told him that he lacks imagination and he has a limited way of thinking , but how did he become that famous  and everyone knows him and knows his work nowadays ?!?

 LIGHT !!! The first light bulb was created by Thomas  Edison , he used to conduct experiments secretly while working in the Western Union , then one night he dropped some acid and it ate the entire floor , and eventually he was fired ... What ??

But how do we still remember all those great people although they were all insulted ?? The harder question comes which is , how did they all became that terrific after all those insults ??      Many people from us were bullied in their schools , abused from their parents , or even hated from whom they love  .

 Some just take it as a state in life that they have to live through it with gloomy experiences  , and others take it as a challenge for themselves , if they can pass it or not . Being teased or bullied isn't  that fun or comfortable and inside the situation it isn't victorious at all , but how can i change all what i receive to be a victory later , and a challenge now for myself ? Here i"ll  tell you , all what you have to do is to think out of the box and the first thing you should think of is that you are strong and you will not allow anyone to destroy you just by them being silly . the second  thing you have to know that , that person who is annoying you is not doing that out of strength , but out of weakness and hatred  so don't just take a side from him/her because they just want to be appearing by any means even if they are annoying , they are just attraction seakers . Like a kid in school that makes the whole class laughs when the teacher is explaining ; he is not planing to bother the teacher he just wanna be attractive to anyone . The third thing  you must know is  ( words filteration ) which means filtering what is going in to your  mind   and knowing how to block that negative energy , but not only that , you have to start spreding positive energy .  The forth and last thing you have to know is that ( what doesn't kills you makes you stronger ) which means that by that annoyful person you are getting stronger and gaining a better personality that could feel each and everyone's weakness and problems . So the next time someone insults you put in yoir mind that you are strong , he is weak , he won't let you fall down , you won't recieve his negative energy and , you will become stronger , and be sure that by your strength you will not only pass this challenge , but you will also change that person to a totally different one !!!

No More Diet let's , Have A Healthy Lifestyle !!

         No , do not stop eating foods that you really like because no reason for that and no need too . Maintaining a healthy way of eating is not that hard to achieve . i know that you are thinking now of how hard it is and i am with you but the only real obstacle is  that it is  hard to believe that it is not hard because actually the only one who can be your friend or your enemy during having a healthy lifestyle is your mind . Having a good health is depending on what enters your mouth , but being fit depends on what enters your mind . You may listen to people who says that diets  are hared to move along and they are impossible to have , and you may listen to others who are always spreading positive energy that always keeps you up and active . 
               You have to filter what is going in to your minds because you are effected with the environment around you and the way you are thinking depends on what you see and hear.to have a fit healthy body follow these tips . The first thing you should do once you wake up is warming up a cup of water and squeeze  on it a lime , and you have to drink from 6 to 8 cups of water daily . The second thing is to follow the upside down pyramid in your way of eating which means that eat what ever you like during breakfast but with logical quantities and less during lunch and the least during dinner and you must have at least 2 snacks . the examples of snacks are like a bowl of popcorn (not daily) , a bowl of strawberries , an orange juice , or any kind of uncooked vegetables (tomatoes , cucumber, pepper ). NOTE: chilly pepper helps in losing  wight faster , Rocco plant , and  mustard as well , but  chocolates must be maximum 2 small  bars per week  . the third thing is that you have to stop eating before sleeping with at lest 2 hours .      
                  The forth thing is jogging   from 20 to 30 mins per days , it is the most effective way of losing weight fast and a friend mine told me before that the cardio exercises work the most with jogging and guess what it really worked and i lost 3.5 kilograms depriving  myself  from foods i  like . the fifth and last point is that you have to keep doing those tips regularly  or else you will lose wight but very slow .NOTE: do not ever eat much oily food or stuffed food on your free meal because yesterday i had a severe pain from an abdominal distress so i hope you do not pass through this .
NOTE:do not deprive yourself of carbohydrates because once you start eating them again you you burst from storing any quantities you are going to eat . Good luck having a healthy lifestyle .

 Get A Smooth And Clean Facial skin 
Having a smooth and healthy skin is something so wanted these days and you can easily get one just follow these tips and you will not need to put neither chemicals  nor makeup . 

1.a.wash your face with gentle cleanser 
  moisturizer.
  c.do not ever leave makeup on your face for more than 6 hours .

2.a.try pore cleanser or face masks .
  b.use acne treatments if you face acne problems .

3.a.do not ever pop or pick your pimples .
  b.do not touch your face if you have acne because you are simply taking bacteria and putting them on other parts on the face.
  c.picked pimples may leave a scar behind .

4.a.only use fresh makeup and clean brushes. 

5.a.drink plenty of water.
  b. boys must drink at least 13 water glasses per day.
  c.girls must drink at least from 6 to 8 glasses of water .

6.a.sleep smart.
  b.change your pillowcase at least once per week .
  c.pull your hair back while sleeping. 

7.a.have a healthy way of eating.
  b. do not eat foods that contain much oils . 
  c.do not eat lots of nuts and chocolates. 

8.a.do not wash your face with shampoo or hand soap. 

9.a.drink green tea. 
  b. drink at least 2 to 3 cups per day .

10.a.the most important point is to wash your face at least 15 times per day
